Farmers are eagerly waiting for the 21st installment of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. As the Diwali 2025 is nearing, this time the expections are slightly higher than other months. Will the installment come before the day of Diwali? Know the latest updates related to this.

This time, the government has already transferred ₹2,000 to the accounts of approximately 2.7 million farmers in Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand. The recent floods in these areas caused significant damage to farmers, so the central government sent the installment in advance as relief. Now, farmers in other states are hoping that the 21st installment of the PM Kisan Yojana will also arrive in their accounts before Diwali. It should be noted that in 2023, the government released the installment on November 15th, while in 2024, the 18th installment was sent on October 5th.

This time, too, it is expected that the government may release the 21st installment by October 20, 2025. Although an official date has not yet been announced, according to several media reports, the ₹2,000 installment is likely to arrive in farmers’ accounts before Diwali. If you haven’t yet completed e-KYC for the PM Kisan Yojana, your installment payment may be delayed.

No eKYC, no payment

The government has clearly stated that no payment will be made without e-KYC. Furthermore, if the bank account isn’t linked to Aadhaar, the IFSC code is incorrect, or the account is closed, funds will not be transferred. Many farmers’ installments are also delayed because they submitted incorrect information or documents when applying. Therefore, be sure to check your bank details and Aadhaar linking.

How to check name in PM Kisan Beneficiary List?

Many times, farmers are left off the list without even realizing it. If you want to know whether your name is still on the beneficiary list, you can easily do this from home.

First of all go to the website pmkisan.gov.in.

Go to the ‘Kisan Corner’ section on the homepage.

Now click on ‘Beneficiary List’.

After this select your state, district, block and village.

Finally, click on ‘Get Report’.

If your details are correct and your name is visible in the list, then understand that the installment will be transferred to your account soon.

Did government announce the date of money transfer?

Although the government hasn’t yet announced the official date for the 21st installment, it’s expected that the ₹2,000 deposit will reach farmers’ accounts before Diwali. Farmers who haven’t yet completed their e-KYC should complete it as soon as possible. Double-check your bank account and Aadhaar number details to ensure no errors remain. This will ensure your installment reaches your account directly with out delay.
