Bharat Taxi: Good news for common people. Now Bharat Taxi is going to launch in villages soon. Bharat Taxi is currently running pilot programs in various cities such as Delhi-NCR, Gujarat, Mumbai, Lucknow, and Kanpur in Uttar Pradesh. The company is planning to extend its services to different districts in Uttar Pradesh. One of the main attractions of Bharat Taxi is that it does not charge passengers any commissions and does not raise fares even during busy periods.

Bharat Taxi is utilizing a network of Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (PACS) to operate. The company intends to expand its services beyond major cities to rural areas, offering rural residents transportation options to hospitals, markets, railway stations, bus stands, and district headquarters.

The company is preparing to introduce the Bharat Taxi model to all 75 districts in Uttar Pradesh. The goal is to establish a cooperative taxi system across all districts, reaching not only urban areas but also villages. Through a cooperative approach, drivers will be connected to the business without having a commission deducted per trip.

A standout feature of Bharat Taxi is that it ensures fares remain stable even during peak hours or when demand is high. This stability in pricing is expected to be beneficial for commuters who often face sudden fare hikes with other taxi services.

The Bharat Taxi model conceptualizes the driver as a partner in the business, rather than simply a service provider. The Zero Commission model seeks to integrate drivers into the business through a cooperative arrangement, rather than deducting their earnings as platform commissions per trip. This will focus on strengthening both driver income and service continuity.

There are plans to expand the “Bharat Taxi” model to all districts of the state. This initiative is important at a time when people need local transportation options to travel within and between districts, to reach railway stations, bus stations, airports, hospitals, markets, or other locations. Expanding the Bharat Taxi model to provide a uniform taxi option across different parts of the state will increase convenience for common travelers.
