TVS Ntorq 150: TVS Motor Company is poised to make a large leap in the scooter segment with its new launch on 4 September 2025. The company has officially announced that the latest 150cc scooter from the company will be launched in India on this date. The teaser has already unveiled the aggressive front look complete with a quad-LED headlamp cluster and a new T-shaped housing, paving the way for its launch. With this launch, TVS seeks to further solidify its premium scooter line-up and compete head-on against its competition from Hero and Yamaha.

Design Highlights

The upcoming TVS Ntorq 150 is likely to carryover the design DNA of the 125cc variant but with more aggressive styling elements to complement its larger engine profile. The teaser features a sportier front fascia that makes it look even more aggressive. TVS is hinting at making this model look more attractive vis-a-vis other scooters in the segment.

Feature Expectations

To differentiate the Ntorq 150, TVS is also expected to give it larger wheels and high-end features. A digital cluster with Bluetooth connectivity will be expected, giving riders the likes of call notify, navigation support, and ride statistics. The scooter could also feature single-channel ABS, which will enhance braking safety and confidence among riders. Combined, these upgrades will make it a contemporary, technology-loaded scooter.

Engine Possibility

Although TVS has not released engine information yet, the new Ntorq 150 should come equipped with an all-new motor meant for performance and fuel efficiency. The 150cc engine should deliver more power than the current 125cc model and would be appropriate for city rides as well as highway cruising. The company has been indicating a new mechanical setup, indicating that the scooter will offer a new kind of riding experience.

TVS Orbiter Launched Recently

In addition to gearing up for the Ntorq 150, TVS has recently introduced the Orbiter electric scooter in India. At ₹99,900, this new EV is aimed at consumers seeking affordable electric mobility. The new scooter features a 3.1kWh battery pack, 158 km range, and contemporary features such as OTA updates, turn-by-turn directions, and USB charging. With six colors and an efficient 34-litre under-seat storage, the Orbiter takes on the Ather Rizta in the emerging EV market.
