Tata Punch Facelift
Tata Punch, one of the company’s best-selling SUVs, is now ready for a mid-life facelift. The Tata Punch Facelift is expected to launch in the first half of 2026. Testing images have revealed significant changes in both design and features.
New Punch facelift will be largely inspired by the Punch EV. It will feature a new grille, a revised headlamp setup, a new LED DRL signature, and new alloy wheels. The front and rear bumpers will also be redesigned, giving the SUV a fresher and more modern look.
The biggest change inside the cabin will be a larger 10.2-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. It will also feature a new two-spoke steering wheel with an illuminated Tata logo. The dashboard, center console, and instrument cluster will also be updated.
Mechanically, the Tata Punch Facelift will remain unchanged. It will be powered by the same 1.2-liter, 3-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine, paired with manual and AMT gearboxes. A CNG option will also remain in the lineup.

Tata Sierra EV
Memories of the 90s are refreshed as soon as they hear the name Sierra, and now Tata Motors is going to bring this iconic SUV back to the new electric form. The Tata Sierra EV can be launched by mid-2026, although the company has not yet announced an official date.
This electric SUV will be based on Tata’s new Acti.ev platform, already being used in Punch.ev and Curvv.ev. Sierra EV will be directly contested by trains like Hyundai Creta Electric, MG ZS EV and Mahindra BE 6.
Talking about battery options, Sierra EV is likely to get two battery packs — 55kWh and 65kWh. This SUV will be front-wheel drive, but a dual-motor AWD setup can also be given in the top variants. Once full charge, the Sierra EV is expected to range from 450 to 500 kilometers, making it a strong option for long drives as well.

Tata Avinya
Tata Motors doesn’t want to limit itself to existing models. The company is preparing to launch an all-new premium and luxury EV brand called Avinya. This brand will be officially introduced in the Indian market before the end of FY2027.
The first electric SUV under Avinya is expected to be launched by the end of 2026. This vehicle will be the production version of the concept shown at the 2025 Bharat Mobility Global Expo. The Avinya series will be built on JLR’s Electrified Modular Architecture (EMA), making it technologically advanced.
