New TVS Apache RTR 160 & 200 4V Launched in : After 20 years of existence, Apache introduced into the Indian markets its RTR 160 and 200 4V models with the accompanying pomp and fanfare that normally mark the events for such anniversaries. The packs apparently sported a much sportier and more modern appearance than before, with most price tags seeming to have been set at really attractive levels. That makes it all the more special for bikers.
Appearance and Styling
As such, the new Apache RTR 160 and 200 completely redesigned front styling. Indeed, Class-D projector headlamps impart an even brighter glow into the night. They also received LED DRLs integrated in it to make the bike all much fiercer in styling. This special dual-tone black and champagne gold paint scheme, now reserved for the 20th Anniversary edition, adds a sheen of premium appeal to it.

State-of-the-art Technology
Both the new Apache RTR 160 and 200 are loaded with a cool 5-inch TFT display, with the introduction of Bluetooth connectivity they have opened voice assist; add turn by turn navigation, traction control system and ride modes; and these will not be cumbersome to handle with the addition of slipper clutch and brake-clutch levers that adjust.
Performance and Engine
TVS did not change the engine. The most powerful air-oil cooled engine continues with RTR 160 in this segment. Both bikes promise smooth and sporty rides. They can be handled in all terrains with three riding modes.

New Color Variants and Prices
Apache RTR 160 provides new colors like Racing Red, Marine Blue, or Matte Black. Meanwhile, the RTR 200 which is available in Matte Black and Granite Grey. Pricing starts from RTR 160 at Rs 128,490; The high-end model peaks at Rs 1,47,990. The RTR 200 base starts at Rs 1,53,990; Of course, the top variant reaches Rs 1,59,990.
Anniversary edition
Models of limited edition were also introduced with it. The cost for the RTR 160 is stated to be Rs 1,37,990; the RTR 180 at Rs 1,39,990; the RTR 160 4V at Rs 1,50,990; and the RTR 200 4V at Rs 1,62,990. The price tags for the premium-class models, which are the RTR 310 and RR 310, are Rs 3,11,000 and Rs 3,37,000, respectively.
