Honda had been planning to launch electric two-wheelers for a long time, and now this dream is about to come true. The design of this new electric bike is similar to the EV Fun concept, which Honda had already shown. This bike will give the same performance as 500cc petrol bikes, with around 50 bhp power and instant torque from the electric motor.
Design and Features
The bike shown in the teaser has sharp LED daylight running lights, bar-end mirrors, clip-on handlebars and a large TFT display. It is a street-naked style bike, but its stance is a bit aggressive.
It has a single-sided swingarm, 17-inch wheels and Pirelli Rosso 3 tires at the rear. Also, it has CCS2 fast-charging support, which will allow it to charge as fast as electric cars.
Performance and Range
Talking about its performance, official details have not been given yet, but it is believed that this bike will reach the speed of 0-60 kmph in a few seconds. Due to the electric motor, there will be less vibration and the riding experience will be smooth. In terms of charging, this bike can stay ahead of its competitors, as it will be provided with fast-charging technology.

When will be launched in India?
Talking about its launch, Honda will first launch this bike in Europe and other developed markets. There are no immediate plans to bring it to India, as the company is currently focusing on electric scooters like QC1 and Activa e. However, if this bike comes to India in the future, it can compete with electric bikes like Ultraviolette F77.
