New Platform and Design Updates
The 2025 model comes with a whole new platform that allows the battery to be fitted under the floorboard. The optional TecPac Pack, on the other hand, enhances the safety features, such as accident alerts, tow detection, remote immobilization, and geofencing.

Safety & Build Quality
Although Bajaj retained the same sturdy steel body used on the original Chetak, they have also improved the protection around the battery. It gets IP67-grade protection for both the battery and the motor, making it safe from water and dust ingress. Safety features on the Chetak include CBS (combined braking system), reverse mode, side-stand cut-off, and an emergency brake light which is very bright.
Variants & Prices
The 2025 Chetak is available in three trims: 3502 (₹1.20 lakh), 3501 (₹1.27 lakh), and 3503. These variants all carry a warranty of 3 years or 50,000 km. While the premium 3501 variant started deliver in the very end of 2024, the base model started reaching buyers in early 2025.
