The same legend 1,340cc online-four engine is present in the 2026 Suzuki Hayabusa, which produces a strong power of 190bhp and 150Nm torque. Suzuki has untouched the core engine architecture as it already gives the class-leading performance.
But the real change comes in throttle response. Suzuki has revise selectable throttle maps, which will make the low-end torque feel more punky than before.
Cruise Control
Suzuki has refine the cruise control system to make it more advanced. Now cruise control remains active even when using bi-directional quickshifter. That is, Gear will change, yet cruise control will not disengage. During long highway ridges, this change riding comfort reaches a new level.
Launch
Tweaks have also been done in New Hayabusa’s launch control, which will allow the bike to take-off faster now. This is a big upgrade for drag-style acceleration seekers. In addition, Lithium-ion battery has been replaced with a lighter and more compact unit. Weight reduction brings improvement to both handling and overall agility, especially in high-speed maneuvers.

The 2026 Suzuki Hayabusa has been priced at 18,599 GBP in the UK, which is approximately ₹21.55 lakhs when convert to Indian currency. Suzuki has not yet given any official statement regarding India launch. But if this bike comes to India, its price current is expected to be slightly higher than India-spec Hayabusa (₹18.06 lakh ex-showroom).
