PM Kisan Yojana: The government is running several schemes for farmers, and farmers are benefiting from them. One such scheme is the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. Through this scheme, the government provides financial assistance to farmers.

Under the PM Kisan Yojana, the government provides farmers with Rs. 6000 annually, which is sent to their accounts in three installments of Rs. 2000 each. So far, the 21st installment has been sent to farmers’ accounts. Now farmers are waiting for the 22nd installment. However, there are still many farmers who have not yet received the benefits of the PM Kisan Yojana. This raises the question: will farmers who have recently joined the scheme receive the 22nd installment?

Will new applicant farmers receive the 22nd installment?

Farmers who have recently joined the PM Kisan Yojana need not worry, because if you fulfill the conditions of the PM Kisan Yojana, i.e., you are eligible to receive the 22nd installment, then you can receive the benefit of the 22nd installment.

To receive the next installment of the PM Kisan Yojana, you must own cultivable land, and the land ownership documents must be in your name. If you apply and your application is verified in time, the Rs. 2000 of the 22nd installment may be credited to your account.

Required documents for registration

Applying for the PM Kisan Yojana is quite easy. Eligible farmers can contact the revenue officers or village patwaris in their area to apply. Alternatively, they can visit the nearest Common Service Center (CSC) to register. You can also register yourself by visiting the PM-Kisan portal.

Note that some essential documents are required for the application. To register, you will need proof of citizenship, an Aadhaar card, bank account details, and land ownership documents. If these documents are not available, the registration will not be completed.

How to apply online?

If you want to apply online for the PM Kisan Yojana, you will first need to visit the official PM Kisan website. Here, go to the ‘Farmer Corner’ section and select ‘New Farmer Registration’. Clicking on this option will open a new page.

Here, you will need to specify whether you are from a rural or urban area. After that, you will need to enter your Aadhaar number and select your state. Then, enter the captcha code and click on the search button. If you are not already registered, the system will ask you to register. You will have to select the ‘Yes’ option. As soon as you select ‘Yes’, the registration form will open. In the form, you will have to fill in your personal and banking information correctly and then save it. This will complete your application process. This way, you will become eligible to receive the 22nd installment.
