Silver Price February 9: Gold and silver prices have been declining in the past few days. With the wedding season currently underway in India, women are quite happy to see the drop in gold and silver prices. On Monday, February 9, the first trading day of the week, changes were observed in gold and silver prices on the Multi-Commodity Exchange (MCX). In fact, the price of silver jumped by approximately Rs. 15,000 per kilogram today. However, silver is still available at a lower price than its all-time high. Silver Price Surge
On Monday, February 9, at the start of trading on the MCX, silver with a March 5 expiry reached Rs. 2,64,885. On the last trading day, the price of silver was recorded at Rs. 2,49,892. This means that the price of 1 kg of silver increased by Rs. 14,993 when the market opened. However, silver’s price is still below its all-time high.
On January 29, the price of silver crossed Rs. 4 lakh for the first time. However, after the budget presentation, silver prices dropped significantly. But there have also been intermittent price increases. Despite the recent surge, silver is still available at Rs. 1,55,163, below its all-time high.
