He received the Nobel Peace Prize medal from Venezuelan opposition leader Maria Corina Machado. Machado presented the award during a meeting at the White House, after which Donald Trump’s face lit up with joy.

US President Donald Trump appeared very happy after receiving the Nobel Peace Prize medal. After the meeting at the White House, he praised Machado profusely. He wrote on his social media platform Truth Social, “She gave me her Nobel Peace Prize medal, which is a great honour for me.” Trump called Machado a “very good woman” and said that she has suffered a lot in her life.
