Employee Enrollment Scheme 2025 – The Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation has launched a remarkable scheme to brighten the fortunes of PF employees. The Central Government has also implemented the Employee Enrollment Scheme from November 1, 2025. Several provisions have been established in this scheme. Employers will not be required to send the employee’s share of contributions.
A penalty of just ₹100 will be imposed. Companies will be required to encourage employees to voluntarily declare and enrol eligible members under the EPFO. Certain rules and regulations have also been established for joining this scheme. Only those who join as per the rules will be considered eligible for the scheme. Who is eligible?
You can learn the eligibility criteria for the Employee Enrollment Scheme. All employees joining an organisation between July 1, 2017, and October 31, 2025, will be considered eligible. The scheme will also apply to all employees who are alive and working as of the date of the employer’s announcement.
Most importantly, all organisations will be eligible to benefit from this scheme. If an investigation is underway against an employee under Section 7A, Section 26B, and the EPS Act, the scheme will be considered.
An ongoing investigation will not impact the scheme. The company will also be required to deposit its share of PF contributions for a certain number of days, along with a fee of Rs. 100.

EPFO has launched several promising schemes for employees. These include pension payment systems, Aadhaar-based face authentication, and modified electronic payments. The aim is to provide seamless, technology-driven services to its more than 70 million members.
The EPFO has consistently launched innovative initiatives for employees. The central government will now announce the interest amount for the financial years 2025 and 2026. According to a report, approximately 72.5 million employees will be able to benefit from the interest amount.
