Anyone dreaming about being employed by one of the various railways in India should apply for one of 4,116 apprentice jobs available with the Northern Railway Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC). Starting November 25, 2025, applicants can begin to submit applications which will only be selected from using a merit-based selection process with no examination needed.

Educational Qualification:
To qualify for this program candidates need to successfully complete their Class 10ths (Secondary School) or its equivalent with a minimum of 50 per cent completed within the education system of India for that particular area. In addition to completing Class 10, will need to show proof of completion of obtaining an ITI certification (NCVT/SCVT).
Age Limit
Candidates should be between 15 and 24 years of age (relaxation in upper age limit is applicable as per government rules for relief and reservation).

2. Click on the ‘Online Application’ link on the homepage and register (Name, Email, Mobile, Aadhaar, Date of Birth etc.).
3. Login and fill the application form.
4. Scan and upload the required documents, photo and signature.
5. Submit the form and save the printout.
