You can file a complaint right away if you think your Aadhaar card has been exploited after looking over your history. You can call the toll-free number 1947, email help@uidai.gov.in, or make a complaint online at uidai.gov.in/file-link.

Visit uidai.gov.in, the official website of UIDAI.
In the “My Aadhaar” section, select “Aadhaar Authentication History”.
Enter your 16-digit Virtual ID (VID) or Aadhaar number.
After completing the captcha, select “Send OTP.”
Enter the OTP that was sent to the registered mobile number you supplied.
The time, location, and kind of authentication that took place can now be seen for up to six months.
