Bihar Election 2025 – November 14th is a significant day for Bihar politics, as it will witness a face-to-face battle between two opposing political parties. The Bihar results will determine the future of many leaders, both politically and otherwise. While exit polls have predicted the formation of an NDA government, the Grand Alliance’s claims are also not lacking.
This is because in past elections, exit polls have often yielded contrary results. Furthermore, if the NDA falls just a few seats short of a full majority government, the NDA may approach Mukesh Sahni, head of the Vikassheel Insaan Party. While this has not yet been officially confirmed, some media reports have claimed this.
Is Mukesh Sahni in contact with the NDA?
Even before the results, leaders of political parties have begun communicating behind the scenes. There are rumours that Mukesh Sahni, leader of the Vikassheel Insaan Party, which is part of the Grand Alliance, is in contact with NDA leaders.
There is speculation that if the NDA falls a few seats short of a majority, it may approach Mukesh Sahni. However, official information regarding this has not yet been released. In fact, Mukesh Sahni’s party is contesting 15 seats with the Grand Alliance.
He has also been promised the post of Deputy Chief Minister. The Grand Alliance’s aim behind this was to make inroads into the Malha caste. It seems unlikely that the results will go in favour of the NDA.
What time will the counting of votes begin?
For information, let us inform you that counting of votes for all 243 assembly seats in Bihar will begin at 8 am on November 14th, and preparations have been completed. The first trends are expected by 8:30 am.
The question of who will form the government in Bihar this time remains. Fourteen tables have been set up for counting. A separate room has been designated for each assembly constituency. A separate space has been allocated for the media.
