Pakistan Car Blast: A massive explosion occurred outside the Islamabad District Court on November 11th at around 12:30 pm, killing five people. Reports are also emerging that several others were injured. The car was parked in the court complex’s parking area at the time of the blast. The explosion was heard far and wide, causing panic in the surrounding area. A massive explosion occurred outside the Judicial Complex in Sector G-11 of Islamabad on Tuesday. According to Pakistani media reports, the blast was caused by a car cylinder exploding. According to media reports, five people were killed and more than 10 were injured. Most of the injured are said to be lawyers.
Following the explosion, the car caught fire, and smoke filled the entire complex. Police and rescue teams arrived at the scene immediately. The whole area was sealed off while firefighters worked to extinguish the raging fire.

How did the explosion happen?
According to Pakistani media reports, preliminary information suggests that a gas cylinder in a parked car exploded. The blast occurred around 12:30 pm, when the court complex was crowded with people. The explosion was so powerful that it was heard up to 6 kilometres away. According to local media reports, the car was completely burned, and a plume of black smoke was rising into the sky.
