Gold Price Today: Gold and silver prices have resumed their rise. On November 10th, both gold and silver rates increased. According to the India Bullion and Jewellers Association (IBJA), 999 purity gold rose by ₹1,987 to ₹1,22,087 per 10 grams. Including GST, the price has reached ₹1,25,794 per 10 grams. Previously, the price of gold was recorded at ₹1,20,100 per 10 grams. Meanwhile, the price of silver has risen by ₹2,700 to ₹1,50,975 per kilogram. Silver is now at ₹1,55,594 per kilogram, including GST. Previously, its price was ₹1,48,275 per kilogram. With the wedding season approaching, demand for gold and silver has also increased again.
What is the latest gold rate today?
23-carat gold has risen by ₹1,979 today, to ₹121,598 per 10 grams. With GST, its price is now ₹125,245. Charges are omitted.
The price of 22-carat gold has increased by ₹1,820, reaching ₹111,832 per 10 grams. With GST, it is ₹115,186. Charges are omitted.
18-carat gold has risen by ₹1,490, reaching ₹91,565 per 10 grams. With GST, its price is ₹94,311 per 10 grams. Charges are omitted.
This year, gold has become costlier by ₹46,347 per 10 grams, while silver has jumped by ₹64,958 per kg.
IBJA gold prices do not include 3% GST, making charges, and the jeweller’s margin. Therefore, the price increases significantly after the gold jewellery is made. The RBI uses these rates to determine the rates for Sovereign Gold Bonds. Many banks use them to determine gold loan rates.
