The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSMSSB) has released the official notification for the 2025 Third Grade Teacher Recruitment. This recruitment process will fill a total of 7,759 Level 1 and Level 2 positions. The application process began on November 7, 2025, and candidates can apply until December 6, 2025. When and how to apply?

The RSMSSB application process is completely online. Applications will be open from November 7, 2025, to December 6, 2025. No forms will be accepted after this time.

The recruitment exam will be conducted between January 17 and January 21, 2026. The results will be released on July 10, 2026. After the completion of the selection process, a merit list will be prepared, and final postings will be made based on that.

How many posts will be filled?

According to the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board, a total of 7,759 posts will be filled.

  • Level-1 (Classes 1 to 5): Primary Teacher
  • Level-2 (Classes 6 to 8): Upper Primary Teacher

Under Level-2, recruitment will be done for subject-specific posts such as Hindi, English, Mathematics-Science, and Social Studies.

Qualifications and Age Limit

To apply for this recruitment, a candidate must pass the REET exam.

Level-1 (Classes 1 to 5): Candidates must have at least 50% marks in 12th grade and a 2-year Diploma in Primary Education (D.El Ed).

Level-2 (Classes 6 to 8): Candidates must have a graduation degree with a 2-year D.El.Ed or B.Ed degree. Specialisation in the subject is required.

Age Limit: The age limit is 18 to 40 years. Age will be calculated as of January 1, 2026. However, age relaxation will be provided for reserved categories as per state government rules.

Application Fee

The category-wise application fee will be as follows:

₹600 for General Category and OBC/MBC (Creamy Layer) candidates and ₹400 for OBC/MBC (Non-Creamy Layer), EWS, and SC/ST candidates. This fee must be paid online.
