According to a notification issued by the IIMs, the CAT 2025 score will be valid until December 31, 2026. This means that candidates who take the exam can use this score to gain admission to IIMs and other management institutes for the next recognise
Many prestigious private and government institutions also recognise CAT scores in the admission process. A complete list of institutions that accept this score will be made available on the CAT official website after the exam.
How to Get Admission in IIMs
Based on the CAT score, candidates are admitted to Post Graduate Programs (PGP), Executive MBA, and PhD courses at IIMs across the country. However, each IIM has its own eligibility criteria, cutoffs, and selection process.
After the CAT score, candidates are called for Group Discussion (GD), Writing Ability Test (WAT), and Personal Interview (PI). Based on all these steps, the final merit list is prepared.
When will the CAT 2025 Admit Card be released?
The CAT 2025 exam will be held on the 30th, but the admit card release date and the list of exam centres have not yet been officially released. It is expected that the admit card download link will be activated on the CAT website in November.
