UP Board Exam 2026 Dates Seat Out. The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has released the full schedule for the 2026 high school (class 10) and intermediate (class 12) examinations. This time, the examinations for both classes will be held simultaneously, starting from February 18, 2026, and ending on March 12, 2026. According to the UP Board, the examinations will be completed in a total of 15 working days.
This time, the board has ensured that the examinations are conducted fairly and transparently. Examination centres across the state will be monitored by CCTV cameras and GPS tracking systems.

High School Exam 2026 Date and Time
The UP Board’s Class 10 (high school) examinations will begin on Wednesday, February 18, 2026. On the first day, students will be tested in the Hindi subject. The examinations will be held in two shifts this time as well.
- First shift: 8:30 am to 11:45 am
- Second shift: 2:00 pm to 5:15 pm
The board has also released a detailed timetable of subject-wise exam dates on its website.
Intermediate Exam 2026 Date and Time
Class 12 (Intermediate) exams will also begin on February 18th with the General Hindi paper. The Intermediate exam timings will be the same as for high school.
- Morning shift: 8:30 am to 11:45 am
- Afternoon shift: 2:00 pm to 5:15 pm
The board plans to complete all papers on time so that evaluation work can be completed within the stipulated timeframe.
How many students will appear for the exam this time?
A total of 52,30,297 candidates will appear for the UP Board Exam 2026. Of these, 27,50,945 students are registered for high school and 24,79,352 for intermediate exams.
Board Secretary Bhagwati Singh stated that strict monitoring will be maintained at examination centres this time. CCTV and GPS monitoring systems will ensure transparency throughout the examination process in all districts.

UPMSP will also release the dates for practical exams soon. The board is aiming to complete the practical exams before February, ensuring students have sufficient time before the written exams.
