Hyundai Venue 2025: The wait for the new incarnation of Hyundai’s best-selling compact SUV, the Venue, is about to end. The company is all set to launch this powerful car on November 4th. However, even before the launch, the new Venue has begun arriving at dealerships, revealing its full design and features. The biggest news is that details of the new Venue’s entry-level, base trim have also been leaked at dealerships. Find out what special features you’ll find in the base variant of this new SUV.

What changes have been made to the base trim design

The base model of the new Venue has been spotted alongside the top-spec trim at a dealership. Available in white, this lower-spec Venue features some significant changes that distinguish it from the higher variants. Exterior changes include projector headlamps, which offer improved nighttime visibility. However, in terms of wheels, it will feature smaller covered steel wheels (possibly 15- or 16-inch), making it more practical than a premium look. Unlike the higher trims, the base model will lack roof rails. This design suggests it could be a mid- or entry-level variant in the new lineup.

Interior

Typically, the interior of the base model is pared down, but the new Venue surprises everyone here. Its cabin looks modern and functional. The biggest highlight is that this variant also retains the curved dual-screen layout that integrates the infotainment system and digital driver cluster. It also features a new steering wheel with the Hyundai logo in Morse code. Interestingly, this variant also shares the dual-tone cabin theme with the top-spec model. However, the base trim will not offer premium features like a sunroof and advanced HVAC controls.

Engine Options and Booking

The new Hyundai Venue will offer its customers multiple engine options, allowing them to choose according to their needs. These include a 1.2-liter petrol engine, a 1.0-liter turbo petrol engine, and a 1.5-liter diesel engine. In addition to the entry-level trim, the top-end variant has also been spotted in a new ‘Dark Black’ shade, which enhances the Venue’s color palette and overall appeal. Pre-bookings are currently open for ₹25,000, and official prices will be announced at the launch next week on November 4th.
