This year, the administration has suspended VIP darshan and granted equal treatment to all. Only those with government VIP protocol will be allowed special darshan. This decision was taken to minimise inconvenience to ordinary devotees and streamline the arrangements. This is considered one of the largest religious events in the country.

The Shri Shyam Temple Committee and the district administration have jointly completed all arrangements. After several meetings at the district headquarters and Khatu police station, the necessary guidelines have been issued. Additionally, attention has been paid to facilities such as darshan, crowd control, traffic, water, and parking.

Strict Guidelines Issued

The district administration has finalised preparations for the birth anniversary of Khatushyamji. Starting today, a complete ban will be imposed on vehicle entry into the town. Local shopkeepers have been advised to order daily essentials in advance. Separate arrangements have been made for special needs. Starting October 31st, the Khatushyamji-Ringas Road will be declared a no-vehicle zone. A fifty-meter area around the Toran Dwar will be barricaded to prevent fireworks.

Devotees will be allowed to visit the deity in fourteen rows on a seventy-foot-wide road via a new forty-foot-wide route from Lamiya Tiraha via the Lakhdatar Mela Ground. Crowds will be managed by placing chains at various locations in the main market. Residents of Khatu will be allowed to travel by showing their ID cards.

A special plan has been made to alleviate traffic jams

You will be surprised to know that small vehicles will enter via NH 52 via Shahpura and return via Mandha Road. Roadways buses will travel from Gaushala to Mandha Road via Sanwalpura and return via the same route. Vehicles coming from Sikar and buses from outside will stop at the Sanwalpura parking lot.

There will be parking for those coming from Lamiya Road at Sitarampura, and for those coming from Danta, there will be parking near Shridham Dharamshala.

Furthermore, if the crowds become too large, the main market will be closed by erecting a tin shed near Laxmi Mishthan Bhandar from October 31st, as is done during the annual fair.
