Eligibility Criteria for WBHRB GDMO Recruitment 2025

Selected candidates under the WBHRB GDMO Recruitment 2025 will receive pay under Pay Matrix Level-16, starting from Rs. 56,100 per month as basic pay. Selection Process

The recruitment process includes three stages — academic marks, experience, and interview. Academic performance carries the highest weightage of 70 marks, experience accounts for 15 marks, and the personal interview contributes 15 marks. The WBHRB may conduct a written or computer-based test if required for shortlisting.
