Salary and Benefits
Selected candidates under the WBHRB GDMO Recruitment 2025 will receive pay under Pay Matrix Level-16, starting from Rs. 56,100 per month as basic pay. Along with this, dearness allowance, house rent allowance, and transport allowance will be provided. Selection Process
The recruitment process includes three stages — academic marks, experience, and interview. Academic performance carries the highest weightage of 70 marks, experience accounts for 15 marks, and the personal interview contributes 15 marks. The WBHRB may conduct a written or computer-based test if required for shortlisting.
