BSNL 4G: The 4G service offered by BSNL has officially launched. At the same time, PM Modi linked 98,000 mobile sites from Odisha to the 4G network nationwide. Now, 4G service with lightning-fast speeds will also be available to BSNL customers.

By launching BSNL’s 4G service, PM Modi has given the nation a significant gift. Now, 4G service from Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited is available in every state in the nation. In the past, BSNL’s 4G service was introduced in a number of telecom circles throughout the nation. The 4G network of BSNL has been concurrently deployed to 98,000 locations. All telecom providers now have 4G networks after BSNL’s 4G service officially launched.

98,000 sites are active.

Other projects from Jharsuguda, Odisha, were also launched by PM Modi. Additionally, BSNL is developing its 5G service. According to a senior company executive, the state-owned telecom company is expected to start offering 5G services in major cities like Delhi and Mumbai by the end of the year. BSNL celebrated its 25th anniversary yesterday, September 26. This time, 98,000 4G/5G mobile towers would be installed, according to Union Communications Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia. In order to improve consumer connectivity, the company plans to install an additional 97,500 mobile towers in the future.

The 4G network operated by BSNL is wholly dependent on domestic technology. As stated by the government, India generated the hardware and software for Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited’s 4G service. With its own 4G networks, India is now one of the top five nations in the world. This network was built at a price of ₹37,000 crore. As stated by the Union Minister, this is a significant step towards India becoming self-sufficient.

India Accompanys These Nations

In addition to India, China, South Korea, Sweden, and Denmark also provide telecom network hardware and software. The 90 million consumers in the nation will directly profit from the launch of BSNL’s 4G service. When network conditions are bad, users often turn to private telecom companies. Recharge plans offered by the state-owned telecom operator are 30–40% less expensive than those offered by private providers. Users will be able to transfer their numbers to BSNL once the network is more readily available.

In the wake of launching 4G services, PM Modi talked about being ready for a 6G network. India’s federal government has asserted that a 6G blueprint has been created. By 2030, 6G services might be available in India. One of the first nations to introduce 6G services will be India. In 2022, 5G services became available in India during Navratri. When it comes to deploying 5G services quickly, India is unmatched.

A key component in BSNL’s 4G network has been played by Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). The company is working on integration and network rollout. Tejas Networks has created the radio access for BSNL’s 4G network in the meantime. Integrating
