Maruti Suzuki Baleno Gets Massive Discounts – Save Up to ₹2 Lakh This Month

Maruti Suzuki India has announced bumper discounts on its premium hatchback, the Baleno, for September. This month, you can avail the benefits of up to ₹1.25 lakh. Additionally, you’ll also benefit from the new GST regulations that came into effect on September 22nd. Overall, you can expect discounts of up to ₹2 lakh on the base variants of this car.

Currently, the Baleno’s starting ex-showroom price is ₹6.74 lakh. This month, customers will receive a number of benefits, including consumer offers, exchange bonuses, scrappage bonuses, and corporate discounts. The company is also offering complimentary kits. In the Indian market, it competes with cars like the Toyota Glanza, Tata Altroz, and Hyundai i20.

The Maruti Baleno is available with discounts ranging from ₹65,000 to ₹70,000.

AGS (Automatic) Petrol Variants: These variants are available with savings of up to ₹70,000, including cash discounts and the Regal Kit.

Manual Variants: Manual variants like the Sigma, Delta, Zeta, and Alpha are available with discounts of up to ₹65,000.

In addition to these offers, customers are also being offered scratch cards worth up to ₹50,000, further increasing the overall savings.

A Great Combination of Engines, Features, and Design

The Baleno comes with two powerful engine options: a 1.2-liter, four-cylinder K12N petrol engine producing 83 bhp, and a 1.2-liter DualJet petrol engine producing 90 bhp. These engines are available with both manual and automatic transmissions. The Baleno CNG is powered by a 1.2-liter DualJet petrol engine that produces 78 PS of power and 99 Nm of peak torque.

In terms of design and features, the Baleno measures 3990 mm in length, 1745 mm in width, and 1500 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2520 mm. Its AC vents have been redesigned, and it features a free-standing touchscreen infotainment system. This premium hatchback also features a 360-degree camera and a 9-inch SmartPlayPro Plus touchscreen infotainment system that supports wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

Safety is also top-notch

The new Maruti Baleno is also a leader in safety. It features six airbags, Electronic Stability Program (ESP), hill-start assist, ABS with EBD, ISOFIX child seat anchors, a reversing camera, and rear parking sensors. It has received a 4-star safety rating in the India NCAP crash test, proving its safety. The Baleno is available in four variants: Sigma, Delta, Zeta, and Alpha, allowing customers to choose according to their needs and budget.
