Alto K10: Maruti Suzuki has announced new discounts on its entry-level Alto K10 for August 2025. This festive month brings a big benefit of up to ₹71,960 on the car. The offer is mainly due to Raksha Bandhan. The company is offering the highest discount on the automatic (AGS) variant. In July, the discount was slightly lower at ₹67,100. Customers will now receive a combination of cash discount, exchange bonus, scrap bonus, and even a free accessory kit. Starting at an ex-showroom price of ₹4.23 lakh, Alto K10 is still among the cheapest cars in India.
August 2025 Discount Details
The Alto K10 offer consists of ₹31,500 as a cash discount and a free kit valued at ₹10,460. The customers can also avail an exchange bonus of up to ₹15,000 and a scrap bonus of up to ₹25,000. For certain buyers, there is also a corporate discount of ₹5,000. All these benefits together make this hatchback a better buy for price-conscious buyers. The total savings may be up to ₹71,960 this month, but the offers may be different in different locations and dealerships.
Mileage and Engine
The Alto K10 is built on Maruti’s new Heartect platform and features a 1.0-litre dual jet, dual VVT engine. It produces 66.62 PS of power and 89 Nm of torque. Mileage readings are robust across all variants. The automatic variant provides 24.90 km/l, while the manual provides 24.39 km/l. The CNG variant is impressive with a mileage of 33.85 km/kg. It’s best suited for those who wish to cut fuel bills.
Features and Infotainment
The vehicle has a 7-inch floating touchscreen infotainment system. The system is compatible with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, USB, Bluetooth, and AUX input. The same technology is already implemented in other Maruti vehicles such as S-Presso, Celerio, and WagonR. The steering wheel also has a new design along with mounted controls for better music and call reach while driving. Such contemporary features make it more attractive even as a base model.
Safety and Colors
Maruti has now equipped the Alto K10 with 6 airbags as standard, a significant step-up for its class. Safety features also come in the form of ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors, pre-tensioner seatbelts, and high-speed warning. Speed-sensing auto door locks also are part of the safety package. Six colour options are available to the buyers: Speedy Blue, Earth Gold, Sizzling Red, Silky White, Solid White, and Granite Grey, providing good variety for a budget car.
