PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana: PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana is proving to be a boon for the farmers. So far, 19 instalments of Rs 2,000 have been released under this scheme. All the farmers are now eagerly awaiting the next instalment. It is believed that the government is expected to release the next instalment, i.e., the 20th of Rs 2,000, soon.
It is believed that the government will release the instalment money by June 28, 2025, which is likely to benefit approximately 10 crore farmers. However, the date of sending the instalment has not been officially announced yet. Such a claim is being reported in the media.
Get the necessary work done quickly.
Under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, farmers will receive the next instalment only after completing specific key tasks. If the farmers do not complete the necessary work, the instalment will be suspended in the middle, which would be a significant setback. First of all, farmers need to complete the e-KYC process. Additionally, farmers can have the land verification work done.
Ensure that you link your Aadhaar card number to your bank account. If this is not done, the instalment money received under the scheme will be stuck in the middle. This will come as a big shock to the farmers. Earlier, the government had released the 19th instalment of Rs 2,000 on February 24, 2025.
How to get e-KYC done for PM Kisan?
Farmers will first need to visit the official website at pmkisan.gov.in for e-KYC.
Then, farmers will need to click on Farmers’ Corner to update Their Mobile number.
After this, you will need to share your Aadhaar details along with your mobile number.
Then you will need to complete the verification process by entering the OTP received on the Aadhaar-linked number.
Only after this will you be eligible to receive the scheme’s benefit.
