Weather Forecast: Severe heat is seen in almost all parts of North India, including the capital Delhi. The scorching sun has brought back memories of the heat of June, where the temperature is continuously increasing. There are many places in India where the temperature has crossed 42 degrees Celsius. Hot heat waves have also started in Western and Haryana.

Hot weather has also made life difficult in Rajasthan, Central Maharashtra and Punjab. Due to rain in some areas of South India, the temperature level decreased, making the atmosphere pleasant. Clouds are still present in many places. IMD has issued a warning about heavy rain and thunder in many states.

Heat will break records in these states.

According to IMD, an alert of severe heat has been issued in many states. The Meteorological Department said that for the next two days, intense heat can make people sweat in many parts of Delhi, Western Rajasthan, Western Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat, where life will become problematic. Heat wave conditions will persist in most western parts of Rajasthan for 4 hours.

In the next 24 hours, many places in Himachal Pradesh and Punjab can experience severe heat. In many areas of Haryana, Chandigarh, and western Madhya Pradesh, the Gujarat region, intense heat can make people sweat. A rain alert has been issued with thunderstorms in many places in Tripura.

Hot night conditions in many places of western Madhya Pradesh may be hot for two days. Severe heat will also likely be seen in Rajasthan, Marathwada, Madhya Maharashtra and on April 8 in Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh and Delhi.

Heavy rain alert in many states

The Meteorological Department has issued an alert of rain in many states. TRainwith thunderstorms in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karaikal and coastal Andhra Pradesh omay occur n April 9. Heavy rains can also be seen in Yanam, Kerala, Mahe, coastal Andhra Pradesh, and Yanam, Telangana.

Karnataka may witness light to moderate rains with thunder, lightning and strong winds. Moderate rains are expected in eastern and northeastern India from April 9 to 12. Today, hailstorms and rain are expected in some parts of Bihar.
