UP Election 2027: Activity surrounding the Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections has intensified. All political parties have begun gearing up for the polls, and the Samajwadi Party is also actively preparing for the elections. With only a few months remaining until the UP Assembly elections, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has stepped up his public outreach efforts, visiting over 200 assembly constituencies in the last two months. CM Yogi has reviewed development projects and inaugurated several schemes. Meanwhile, there is intense speculation that Dimple Yadav could become the Chief Minister of UP.

A stir has been created following the appearance of a poster outside the Samajwadi Party office in Lucknow. On Friday (July 31), messages conveying various slogans were displayed outside the SP office. A slogan reading “Akhilesh’s rule in ’27, the crown for Dimple in ’29” has sparked intense speculation that Dimple Yadav could become the Chief Minister.

The mention of Dimple receiving the “crown” in 2029 has led to conjecture that Akhilesh Yadav might step down as Chief Minister to join the Union Cabinet following the 2029 Lok Sabha elections—implying that the ‘INDIA’ alliance would come to power and he would assume the role of Prime Minister or a Union Minister.

Poster regarding the Ram Mandir

Meanwhile, posters addressing the alleged theft of offerings and donations at the Ram Mandir have also appeared. These posters feature Akhilesh Yadav, Dimple Yadav, and the Ram Mandir, with the message: “Theft of donations, offerings, and secret contributions falls under the category of a grave sin.” It further states that Shri Ram never forgives those who plunder earnings born of faith.

Poster featuring Akhilesh holding an umbrella

A poster featuring Akhilesh Yadav and Dimple Yadav holding an umbrella has been put up outside the Samajwadi Party office. It bears the caption: “It is not just an umbrella; it is the shade of the public’s trust.” All these posters were installed by Hallu Ramsundar Yadav from Pratapgarh, who describes himself as a ‘Samajwadi Sevak’ (Socialist Servant).

Akhilesh’s last public rally was in March

Regarding the Samajwadi Party, Akhilesh Yadav’s last public rally was held in Dadri in March 2026, an event considered the launch of the party’s 2027 election campaign. Although nearly four months have passed since then, he has not held any major public rallies; instead, his activities appear to be confined to press conferences, social media, and private events attended by party leaders.
