The CR24I Concept is the purest cafe racer style motorcycle. Its line is inspired by the British motorcycles of the 1960s. The motorcycle uses 17-inch rims, clip-on handlebars and bar-end mirrors. The fairing is mounted on the fuel tank and is inspired by the Ducati Pantah and 750 SS. It also has a single-seat inspired by the sports bikes of the 70s.
Ducati Scrambler RR24I
All the aluminium parts of the RR24I are highlighted and the technical and functional details are highlighted. The tank cover has been removed and replaced with a frame so that a tank bag can be mounted for essentials.
The portion of the seat reserved for the passenger is removable to form a rack for luggage. It gets a high-passage Termignoni exhaust, which gives a flat-tracker look. The tyres are 18-inch at the front and 17-inch at the rear. They are wrapped in Pirelli Scorpion Rally tyres.
Ducati Products in the Indian Market
Ducati is selling the second generation of the Scrambler in India. It is available in Icon, Throttle and Nightshift trims in India. The Icon is priced at Rs 10.39 lakh ex-showroom and the Full Throttle and Nightshift are priced at Rs 12 lakh ex-showroom.
The engine parts have also been changed. It is still an 803 cc, two-valve, Desmoduo unit, which is air-oil cooled. This powertrain produces 73 bhp at 8,250 rpm and 65 Nm at 7,000 rpm. It is mated to a 6-speed gearbox.
