While Delhi basked in strong sunlight for days, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued an alert for rain and thunderstorms in several areas.

But Delhi isn’t the only one facing a weather change. Let’s take a closer look at the weather forecast for various parts of the country:

Rajasthan: Cloudy skies are expected in most parts of the state on Tuesday.

Central India: Buckle up for thunderstorms, lightning, and scattered light to moderate rainfall across South Madhya Pradesh, South Chhattisgarh, Odisha, and Vidarbha today.

Jharkhand and Gangetic West Bengal: These states can also expect to experience some rain showers today.

Madhya Pradesh: The weatherman has issued a warning for rain and hailstorm in some parts of the state in the next few days. Places like Anuppur, Shahdol, Umaria, Dindori, Katni, Jabalpur, Narsinghpur, Chhindwara, Seoni, Mandla, and Balaghat are likely to witness rainfall along with the possibility of lightning and even hail.

Himachal Pradesh: Snowfall is predicted at many places in the high hills from February 25th to March 1st. Additionally, rain is expected over select areas of the mid-hills on February 29th and across many other places on March 1st.

Minimum temperatures are likely to rise by 2-4 degrees Celsius over northwest India in the next three days. However, no significant change is expected in the minimum temperatures in the rest of the country for the next five days.

Remember, this is just a forecast, and the weather can be unpredictable. Stay updated with the latest weather warnings and advisories issued by the IMD, especially if you’re planning any outdoor activities or travel. Be prepared for sudden changes in weather conditions and prioritize your safety.
