Sierra Jubilee Edition: Celebrating 50,000 sales
Tata Motors has introduced the Sierra Jubilee Edition to celebrate the sales milestone of 50,000 units of its latest SUV Sierra. Launched late last year, the SUV has sold over 50,000 units so far, and the company is selling around 7,000 units on an average every month The special edition is offered not as a new variant or mechanical upgrade, but through three curated accessory packs. The aim is to keep the SUV fresh and give customers additional styling and convenience options.
What's the price and how much is it?
The Tata Sierra Jubilee Edition is based on three trims Smart +, Pure and Adventure, and a separate accessory pack is available for each trim. Prices are ex-showroom and may vary slightly depending on the dealership.
Smart + Jubilee Edition - starting at ₹11.99 lakh
The entry-level pack gets a 10.25 -inch infotainment system, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, rear parking camera, roof rails, semi-leather seat covers, and 4-speaker audio system. This pack is designed to give a more premium feel to the base trim.
Pure Jubilee Edition - Starting at ₹13.39 lakh
This mid-range pack includes front and rear dashcams, roof rails, parcel tray, magnetic sunshades, leather seat covers, leather steering wheel covers and exterior cladding package.
Adventure Jubilee Edition - Starting at ₹16.19 lakh
The top-end pack gets the Sierra ROQ accessory kit, which includes front and rear skid plates, hood scoop, window line and wheel arch cladding, body decals, and front and rear dashcams. This pack gives the SUV a bold, off-road look.
Any changes that have been made?
There are no mechanical and feature changes on the Jubilee Edition. This is a set of accessories that are fitted by the dealer over the existing trims. Customers can choose the entire pack or can also take different accessories one by one. This means you can customise according to your preference and budget, instead of buying a fixed special edition.
Sierra's Powertrains and Competition
The Sierra comes with three engine options:
1.5 -litre turbo-petrol churns out 160bhp and 255Nm of torque
1.5 -litre naturally aspirated petrol: 106bhp, 145Nm torque (6-speed manual or 7-speed DCT)
1.5 -litre diesel engine: 118hp power (6-speed manual or automatic)
The Kia Seltos rivals the likes of the Hyundai Creta, Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza, Ford EcoSport and the Tata Harrier. Between January and June 2026, the Sierra has wholesales of 43,420 units, which shows its strong hold in the segment.
