Haryana One-Time Settlement Scheme:  Chief Minister Naib Saini launched the one-time settlement scheme on behalf of the Excise and Taxation Department in Dharmanagari Kurukshetra. During this, he said that the traders will get full benefit from this scheme. He said that Haryana is among the top five states of the country in GST collection and there is a plan to open GST office in every district of the state.

The Chief Minister paid tribute to Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev and Rajguru and said that their sacrifice cannot be forgotten. It is because of their sacrifice that we are breathing in the open air today. On this occasion, former minister Subhash Sudha, Devendra Kalyan Excise and Taxation Department Principal Secretary, Commissioner Vinay Pratap Excise Taxation Department, DS Gill Chairman Haryana Tax Tribunal were also present.

Chief Minister Naib Saini said that the one-time settlement scheme will provide relief to lakhs of taxpayers shopkeepers, entrepreneurs, traders of the state and the dispute will be settled. He said that 3 slabs have been made for this. There will be one-time settlement of tax disputes up to Rs 10 lakh in the first slab, Rs 10 lakh to Rs 10 crore in the second and above Rs 10 crore in the third slab. There will be 40 per cent principal waiver in the first slab, up to 50 per cent in the second and interest and penalty will be waived for taxpayers in the third slab.

The Haryana Chief Minister, Naib Saini, launched the Haryana One-Time Settlement Scheme on behalf of the Excise and Taxation Department in Dharmanagari, Kurukshetra. He emphasized that this initiative would benefit traders by offering a relief mechanism to settle tax disputes. The scheme includes three slabs for settlement based on the amount of the dispute:

1. First Slab: For disputes up to Rs 10 lakh, taxpayers can avail a 40% waiver on the principal amount.

2. Second Slab: For disputes ranging from Rs 10 lakh to Rs 10 crore, a 50% waiver on the principal amount will be offered.

3. Third Slab: For disputes over Rs 10 crore, taxpayers will receive a waiver of both interest and penalties.
