Haryana Coaching Center New Rule: The Naib Saini government of Haryana has decided to take action against coaching centers and teaching academies running without registration. Not only this, the government will also keep a close eye on the fees of all private institutions preparing for competitive examinations from NEET and JEE for admission in medical and engineering colleges. The government has issued this order even before the new academic session.

Order issued

In the order issued by Additional Chief Secretary of Higher Education Department Vineet Garg, it has been clearly stated that permission to operate a coaching center without registration will not be given. If a coaching center is run illegally, not only will it be closed with immediate effect, but the building will also be confiscated. Also, a police case will be registered against the academy operator and the owner of the building.

Registration necessary for coaching center

During the budget session last year, the state government passed the Haryana Private Coaching Institutes Registration and Regulation Act. Despite this, a large number of coaching centers are running without registration. According to the new law, registration is mandatory for all private coaching centers.

Committee will be formed

In this regard, a committee has been formed in all the districts under the chairmanship of the Deputy Commissioner, which includes Superintendent of Police, District Municipal Commissioner, District Higher Education Officer, District Education Officer and an Accounts Officer with the approval of the DC. Also, two members from the representatives of private institutes in the district have been included in this committee through draw. The committee formed at the district level will approve the registration of coaching centers and academies that meet the prescribed standards.

Fine of Rs 1 lakh for breaking the rules

All coaching centers will have to provide details of batch-wise students along with the total number of students along with the registration. Apart from this, it will be mandatory to give all kinds of information including the facilities available in the building to the committee. A fine of Rs 25 thousand to Rs 1 lakh can be imposed against coaching centers that do not follow these rules. If the rules are violated repeatedly, the license of the coaching center will be canceled.
