Haryana Board 10th 12th Result: Haryana Board of School Education’s 10th and 12th exams ended on Saturday. In these exams, a total of 599 cases of cheating were registered and in total 16 FIRs, cases were registered against 135 people. This was said by Haryana Board of School Education Chairman Dr. Pawan Kumar and Secretary Dr. Munish Nagpal while talking to journalists in the board premises after the completion of the exams.

He told that the evaluation of question papers of class 10th will start from April 2 and of class 12th from April 4, which will continue till April 24 and the exam results will be declared on time. During the press conference, the board chairman and secretary told that in these exams, 5 lakh 16 thousand candidates took 1433 exams. Now a total of 126 centers have been set up for the evaluation of these examinations and 78 centers have been set up for checking the answer sheets of class 10th and 48 centers for class 12th. He said that compared to the last 4 years, the lowest number of 599 cases were registered in the annual examination of class 10th and 12th in the year 2025. Whereas 918 cases of cheating were registered in the year 2024, 1813 in the year 2023 and 3570 in the year 2022.

Talking about the examination

Talking about the examination centers, 10 examination centers had to be canceled in the examinations of 2025. Whereas in 2024, examinations were canceled at 29 examination centers, in 2023 at 40 and in 2022 at 64 examination centers. This time in 2025, examinations had to be canceled at the least 10 examination centers, which shows a decrease in cases of cheating in the state. He said that techniques like QR code, alphanumeric code and online monitoring have reduced cheating to a great extent.

Responding to the questions

Responding to the questions of the reporters, Board Chairman Dr. Pawan Kumar and Secretary Dr. Munish Nagpal said that an inquiry committee has been set up to investigate the issue of questions coming from outside in the 10th class maths paper, whose investigation is not yet complete. Even after the investigation is complete, a decision will be taken on whether grace marks should be given in the 10th class maths paper or not. Board Chairman Dr. Pawan Kumar said that this time the evaluation of question papers will not be done through online medium, rather the answer sheets will be checked offline.
