Champions Trophy 2025: India has won the Champions Trophy 2025 title, but the discussion on Team India’s victory is not ending in Pakistan. Actually, this matter is related to the closing ceremony of the Champions Trophy, in which news of ignoring a representative of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) had gained momentum. Now a Pakistani journalist has blamed BCCI for this, but at the same time he also had to feel embarrassed due to the statement of the Pakistani anchor on live TV.
India humiliated Pakistan
The Champions Trophy was being discussed on a Pakistani media channel. The panelists included legendary cricketers like Basit Ali and Kamran Akmal. Meanwhile, a Pakistani journalist who was part of the panel said, “PCB chairman Mohsin Raza Naqvi had already refused to go to Dubai, but in my view he should have gone.PCB COO, Suhair Ahmed was there but the ICC did not honour him by calling him on stage. India tried to humiliate Pakistan throughout the tournament.”

TV anchor scolded on live show
During the discussion on the same show, the Pakistani journalist further said that the Indian team did not want to wear the jersey on which Pakistan’s name was written and neither did they want to come to Pakistan. But in the end Pakistan won because the name of the host Pakistan will always be printed on the white coat worn by the champion team India. In response, the TV anchor took a dig at the journalist’s claims and said, “On this pretext, Pakistan will be remembered as a tailor.” Hearing the TV anchor’s statement, the other people in the panel were seen laughing.
