Samson said, “When you wear the Indian jersey, it’s impossible to say ‘no’ to anything. I’ve worked hard to achieve this and I feel proud to do my part for the country. Whether I have to bat at No. 9 or bowl left-arm spin, I’m always ready to adapt to the team’s needs.”
The 30-year-old Sanju also mentioned completing 10 years of his international career. He said, “I recently completed 10 years in international cricket, but I only played 40 matches during that time. The numbers may seem small, but I am proud of the challenges I have had to overcome over these years and the person I have become.”
