Sarfaraz Ahmed was appointed Pakistan’s mentor for the 2026 Under-19 Asia Cup. Under his supervision, the team’s performance was commendable. The Green Team defeated India in the final to become the champions of the Under-19 Asia Cup. After losing the toss and batting first, Pakistan scored 347/8 in 50 overs.
Chasing a target of 348 runs set by the opposition, the Indian team was bundled out for 156 runs in 26.2 overs. Thus, in this thrilling match, the Green Team managed to win by a huge margin of 191 runs.
