New Delhi – Rinku Singh, the explosive player of the Indian cricket team, has suffered a major shock. His father, Khanchand Singh, has passed away due to illness. He breathed his last at Yatharth Hospital in Greater Noida, adjacent to Delhi. Rinku Singh is currently part of the team in the ICC T20 World Cup.
His father, suffering from stage-4 liver cancer, had been in critical condition for a long time. He was admitted to the hospital after his health deteriorated. Upon receiving news of his father’s serious illness, Rinku Singh left Team India and returned home.
He had not participated in net practice at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai when news of his father’s illness surfaced.
Following his father’s death, whether Rinku Singh would be part of the team has become a major question. No official information has yet been released on this matter.
