Ration Card Complaint: If you are facing any issues with your ration card, there is no need to worry. Previously, any problem with a ration card meant making multiple trips to government offices. Now, however, you can lodge complaints—whether about an incorrect name or not receiving your ration—within minutes, from the comfort of your home.
The government has introduced a new digital online facility to simplify the resolution of such issues. There are now several channels available to register complaints: beneficiaries can send a message via WhatsApp, call the toll-free IVRS number, or use either the CPGRAMS portal or the ‘Mera Ration’ app. Let’s look at how you can file a complaint via WhatsApp.
