The Meteorological Department has forecast heavy rains in central and eastern UP, including Lucknow, on August 21.
According to the Meteorological Department, the rainfall is expected to increase further from August 22. On August 23 and 24, heavy rain is anticipated to occur from east to west.
The Meteorological Department estimates that winds are expected to blow at speeds of 40-50 kilometres per hour in more than 50 districts.
According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of moderate to heavy rain in Amethi, Sultanpur, Barabanki, Bahraich, Gonda, And Bandaulampur districts.
Heavy rain is being reported in the Saharanpur, Shamli, Sambhal, Muzaffarnagar, Baghpat, Meerut, Bijnor, and Amroha districts of UP.
The Meteorological Department has predicted that it may rain on August 20 and strong winds may blow.
There is a possibility of rain along with cloudy weather in many districts of UP on Wednesday.
