The pictures feature Jitendra Kumar, Neena Gupta, Saanvika, Chandan Roy, Faisal Malik, Durgesh Kumar, and Ashok Pathak in a fun yet stylish tennis court setup.
They are all dressed in vintage-chic athletic wear, sweatbands, visors, and rackets. From crisp polo shirts to Varsity knits, and pleated skirts to cool-toned tracksuits, every look is a perfect 'ace' that highlights the fun and modern spirit of the campaign.
Produced by The Viral Fever, Panchayat Season 4 is created by Deepak Kumar Mishra and Chandan Kumar, written by Chandan Kumar, and directed by Deepak Kumar Mishra and Akshat Vijayvargiya.
The new installment sees the return of the same old, favourite ensemble cast of Jitendra Kumar, Neena Gupta, Raghubir Yadav, Faisal Malik, Chandan Roy, Sanvika, Durgesh Kumar, Sunita Rajwar, Ashok Pathak and Pankaj Jha.
The story of Panchayat 4 begins in Phulera, where two strong-willed women, Manju Devi and Kranti Devi, face off in the local elections. What follows is a chaotic election campaign, mostly led by their husbands, Brij Bhushan (Pradhan Ji) and Banaras. With machinations, dictatorships and a big village spectacle, the elections dominate the narrative throughout the season.
Panchayat Season 4 has received mixed reviews. The biggest drawback of this season is its slow pace and narrow focus. The entire narrative revolves around the election battle,
with little development of other sub-plots that once gave Panchayat its layered charm. We have to wait till the second half of the final episode to know the election results - by then the excitement is long gone.
