While the rate of silver has reached close to Rs 1.07 lakh per kg. According to IBJA, on the evening of July 2, the price of 24-carat gold was Rs 97,430 per 10 grams, while the price of silver was Rs 106,963 per 10 grams. Meanwhile, in the international market, spot gold was seen trading at $4,535.23 per ounce, recording a marginal decline.
On the MCX, around 11:30 PM on Monday night, gold for June delivery closed at ₹159,285 per 10 grams, up approximately ₹700. During intraday trading, it had touched a high of ₹160,266. Concurrently, silver for July delivery rose by about ₹4,783 per kilogram to reach ₹276,669. During the trading session, it had peaked at ₹280,400 per kilogram.
