Online Ration Complaints: If you are a ration card holder and are facing any issues in receiving your rations, you no longer need to make rounds of government offices to find a solution. The central government has introduced an ‘Ann Sahayata’ (Food Assistance) initiative that allows ration card holders to file complaints from the comfort of their homes. Notably, the government offers this facility in 12 regional languages, ensuring that people living in rural areas do not face any language barriers.

The Department of Food and Public Distribution has informed ration card holders about this government facility. The government provides free rations to card holders; however, they often encounter problems such as not receiving their rations, receiving an insufficient quantity, or facing difficulties in adding or removing names from their ration cards. Ration card holders can now easily file complaints regarding these issues. Let’s look at the simple methods for doing so.
