The bike received an overwhelming response upon launch and received over 25,000 bookings in just 15 days. In view of such a huge demand, the company has ramped up production. Oben's manufacturing facility in Bengaluru has the capacity to manufacture 1 lakh electric motorcycles annually.
How did the delivery start?
Oben Electric has started deliveries of the Rorr Evo at a special event in Bengaluru, where the first batch of customers were handed over their bikes. "Creating demand is a milestone, but meeting that demand consistently is what builds customer trust," said Madhumita Agarwal, CEO, Amazon India.
In the coming days, the delivery of the bikes will start through more than 150 showrooms and Oben Care service centers across the country. The network is spread across more than 90 cities and 18 states. The company plans to add 200 more exclusive showrooms by the end of FY27.
