The company’s shares will be listed on both the NSE and BSE platforms.

The company develops custom software and IT solutions for government departments and large corporate entities. Of the ₹218.40 crore raised through the IPO, the company will use ₹124 crore to meet its working capital requirements. Additionally, ₹12.86 crore will be spent on modernising and redeveloping existing software products, while the remaining funds will be allocated for general corporate purposes.

What is the financial performance like?

Regarding the company’s financial performance, Sprit India’s total revenue rose to ₹426.54 crore in the financial year 2026, up from ₹389.35 crore in the financial year 2025. The company also witnessed a significant increase in net profit; profit grew by 29% to ₹43.29 crore in the financial year 2026, compared to ₹33.60 crore in the previous year. The company’s total debt stands at just ₹36.15 crore, which is quite low relative to the scale of its business operations.

Shah Investors Home IPO Details

Another IPO opening today is that of Shah Investors Home Limited. The company aims to raise ₹90.17 crore through this IPO, which consists entirely of a fresh issue of 53.99 lakh shares. The price band for the issue has been set at ₹159 to ₹167 per share. Retail investors must purchase a minimum of one lot—comprising 85 shares—to invest, with a minimum investment value of ₹14,195.

Shah Investors Home is a financial services company primarily engaged in stock broking, mutual fund distribution, margin trading facilities (MTF), and depository services. The company has largely spread its network across Gujarat and Maharashtra. The company plans to utilise ₹60 crore of the IPO proceeds to meet its working capital requirements, primarily to expand its margin trading facility (MTF) book.
