Motorola Edge 70 Max Launch Date: Smartphone manufacturer Motorola is all set to launch another new phone, the Motorola Edge 70 Max, for its customers. The Motorola Edge 70 Max smartphone will soon be launched in India. A dedicated microsite for the upcoming smartphone has gone live ahead of the launch. This handset is set to launch in India as the fifth model in the Edge 70 lineup, which currently includes the Edge 70, Edge 70 Pro, Edge 70 Fusion, and Edge 70 Pro+.
The design of the new Motorola Edge 70 Max has also been teased; the handset features a square-shaped rear camera module. Unlike the Pro and Pro+ models, this device may feature a flat rear panel and a flat display. Recently leaked marketing material reveals that the phone will be powered by a Snapdragon chipset.
The Motorola Edge 70 Max is launching soon in India. A dedicated microsite for the new Motorola smartphone is now live in the country, confirming its imminent arrival. Although the phone’s name is not explicitly mentioned on the Flipkart microsite, the URL confirms it is the Motorola Edge 70 Max. The handset’s design has also been teased, showing a flat rear panel and a square-shaped rear camera module in the top-left corner.
This smartphone will also support wireless charging—a feature currently found in only one other phone in the series, the Motorola Edge 70 Pro+. More details are expected to be revealed in the coming days. According to reports, the handset may be available in Glacier Blue, Onyx Black, and Sage Green colour options.
It could be powered by Qualcomm’s octa-core Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, whereas the Edge 70 Pro+ utilises a MediaTek SoC. The phone will feature a triple rear camera setup, likely comprising a main camera, a telephoto lens, and an ultra-wide camera.

The phone includes a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with support for up to 50x digital zoom and OIS. It can record video at up to 4K/60 fps. On the front, the device houses a 50-megapixel camera with autofocus for selfies and video calls.
