In a smartphone market that often feels samey, Motorola is carving out a unique niche with its Edge Stylus series. The new Motorola Edge 60 Stylus 5G isn't just another phone; it's a statement. It combines a sleek, premium design with a built-in stylus—a feature typically reserved for ultra-expensive flagships—at a surprisingly accessible price point. But is this creative companion as good as it sounds? We break down what makes it stand out.
Unleash Your Creativity: The Built-in Stylus Experience
The headline feature is, without a doubt, the integrated stylus tucked neatly into the phone's chassis. This isn't an afterthought; it's a core part of the identity.
A Stunning, Smooth Display to Work On
Your canvas matters. The Edge 60 Stylus 5G features a gorgeous 6.7-inch pOLED display with a silky-smooth 144Hz refresh rate. This means:
Buttery Smooth Scrolling: Whether you're browsing the web or working on a detailed drawing, every animation and scroll is incredibly fluid.
Vivid and Bright Visuals: The pOLED technology delivers deep blacks, vibrant colors, and high brightness, making everything from your sketches to streaming videos look exceptional.
Durability: Motorola has fortified this beautiful screen with Corning Gorilla Glass for resistance against scratches and minor drops.
Power and Performance: Built for Modern Tasks
Under the hood, the phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7030 processor. This is a capable and efficient mid-range chipset designed for 5G connectivity. Paired with a generous 8GB of RAM, it delivers performance that handles everyday tasks, multitasking, and even some moderate gaming with ease. It's built for creators and professionals who need reliability, not necessarily hardcore mobile gamers.
Camera System: Capture with Clarity
The camera setup is designed to be versatile. The triple-rear system is led by a 50MP main sensor with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), which is crucial for capturing clear, sharp photos and stable video, especially in lower light. It's joined by an 8MP ultra-wide lens for capturing landscapes and group shots, and a 13MP telephoto macro lens for unique close-up photography.
Final Verdict: Who Should Buy It?
The Motorola Edge 60 Stylus 5G makes a compelling argument for itself by offering something genuinely different.
