LPG Gas Subsidy: Big news for LPG gas users. During the fiscal year 2026-2027, which runs from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027, the subsidy for cylinders has been reduced to only four from the previous nine, resulting in a decrease in total subsidy from Rs 2,700 to Rs 1,200. Ujjwala beneficiaries will receive their final subsidized cylinder for this year in July if they have already received subsidized cylinders in April, May, and June, assuming they use one cylinder per month.

The last subsidized cylinder with a discount of Rs 300 will be received this month. From August onwards, beneficiaries will have to pay the regular price for domestic cylinders. If prices remain stable in August, Ujjwala beneficiaries in Delhi will pay Rs 942 for a domestic cylinder, compared to the previous Rs 300 discount.
