LPG Gas eKYC Deadline: Gas companies have extended the eKYC deadline once again. Consumers can now complete the eKYC process by tomorrow, September 14. Previously, the deadline was set for September 7. This is your final opportunity to complete the eKYC. Failure to do so could affect both LPG cylinder booking and subsidy payments. If you have an LPG connection at home and haven’t completed the eKYC process yet, you could face significant difficulties.

Domestic LPG customers have been instructed to complete their eKYC process by September 14. Failure to comply could result in suspension of your gas connection or difficulty booking cylinders.

eKYC Deadline

The government and oil/gas companies initially set August 16 as the eKYC deadline, but it was later extended to August 23, then August 31, and later to September 7. Now, the date has been extended to September 14. Very little time remains before this final deadline.

Why is eKYC necessary?

To identify unauthorised connections operating under a single individual’s name and to ensure that eligible consumers receive government subsidies directly into their bank accounts without interruption.

How to complete eKYC via mobile or agency

Download the official mobile app of your respective gas company (e.g., HP Pay, IndianOil One, or Hello BPCL). Log in using your registered mobile number and select the eKYC option. Complete the verification process using face authentication or a mobile OTP.
